One of the nice parts of having the being local, you can stop in and try the product before you buy it......therefore, you should be very happy with your purchase prior to even leaving the store! If you buy over the "net" you are welcome to return the product within 3 days of delivery for any exchange or refund of the product price. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping fees. Basically, as long as we have made you happy, we are happy! If a problem does arise, we will work with you so that you are 100% satisfied! I believe that says it all!
